What are the dates of the event?

Monday, July 14: Arrivals at Hilton Garden Inn and Welcome Reception. Tuesday, July 15: Sessions throughout the day, roughly from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, followed by dinner. Wednesday, July 16: Sessions continue from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by departures to San Francisco and San Jose airports. 

What expenses are being covered by HP & AMD during the event? 

As a registered attendee, HP & AMD will be covering the following:

  • Economy airfare from your home airport to either the San Francisco or the San Jose airport
  • Two nights (July 14 and 15) of accommodation at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 4216 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306
  • All group meals, starting with our welcome reception on Tuesday, July 14, through lunch on Thursday, July 16.
  • Ground transportation from and to San Francisco and San Jose airports and all group transportation during the event. 

What expenses are NOT being covered by HP & AMD?

Attendees are responsible for the following expenses:

  • Ground transportation and parking in their city of origin
  • Any seating upgrades or baggage fees on flights
  • All Incidental items, such as meals consumed during travel to/from the event or outside of our group setting (laundry, etc.)

May I extend my stay at the hotel?

You may choose to arrive before or stay longer than the event dates, pending availability at the hotel at your own expense. The rate may fluctuate based on inventory over those extra nights.  

What it the dress attire for the event?

During the event, business casual attire is suggested.

Will WiFi be provided?

The registered guests will be provided with access to WiFi in their hotel rooms and at the HP Campus.
