Max joined the PWI team and HP 4 years ago as a Solutions Architect on the HP PageWide Web Press T240 HD at the Graphics Experience Center in Alpharetta, Georgia. He started in production print at Caterpillar's in-plant print shop running an Oce toner web press and worked as a Commercial Print Specialist at Konica Minolta. He worked as an I.T. analyst for 5 years before returning to print.

Grady Yarbrough joined the HP PageWide Financial Consulting team in 2017 after 25 years in the print industry. His experience spans in both offset and digital printing, includes time in Service, R&D and more recently Product Marketing and Financial Consulting for EP and inkjet production printing. Grady works extensively with print providers across multiple segments to evaluate the economics and optimize their operations with production inkjet presses.

Most recently he’s been leading business development focus of H&B products to the Americas, Western Europe & Asia, Pacific & Japanese regions.

PDM started in business in 1985 & I joined in 1990. Background is & at the heart, been printing (offset) & production. We started as a mail house & than moved into the print market. As the business grew, I took on larger roles within the company & in 2016 bought the business from my folks. One son who is now part of the business & is lead operator on the T240. Avid football fan & dog lover.
