Sean McClure bio:

When I started my biomedical and mechanical engineering education at Colorado State University in 2016 I was interested in prosthetics. The summer of 2019 I went on a prosthetics innovation trip to Ecuador with my peers and The Range of Motion Project where we provided prosthetic devices to more than 20 patients in a week. That experience inspired me to pursue a career working in the O&P field and gave me the experience and opportunity to work on a senior design project focused on the Quatro Socket sponsored by Quorum. I developed a great relationship with the team at Quorum that eventually led to working full time as the Research & Development Engineer and Director starting a month after I graduated in May 2020. I only dreamt of getting a job like this right out of college and am driven to bring the vision of Quorum to a reality. My future goals, personally and for the company, are to develop a standard and optimal design and manufacturing method of the patented Quatro Socket. It won't end there. In the future there will be a fleet of designers, engineers, technicians and 3D printers that can handle any type of solution needed to get patients around the world the devices they need to live a life of mobility and confidence in their device.
