Evonik and HP push material boundaries
Hello, my name is Sayama Kazi, key account manager for HP Multi Jet Fusion at Evonik. I’ve worked in collaboration with HP for almost nine years. We started in 2016 with the HP Jet Fusion 4200 and PA 12, the most important material for strong, rigid parts with low waste and carbon footprint. Today, we have evolved with new materials for the HP Jet Fusion 5200 and 5600. PA 12 remains the workhorse, but we also offer PA 12 white for bright colors, PA 12 with glass beads for dimensional stability, and TPA for flexible applications like footwear. Our newest development is PA 12 flame-retardant V0, enabling smooth parts for safety-critical applications. Companies like Bronymec use this material for innovative solutions. We continue working on faster machines, lower TCO, and reduced carbon footprint to make HP Multi Jet Fusion the most successful additive manufacturing technology. Please contact us for questions about materials or processes.
