Epic3D Knee brace

Berretta Medical Inc. aimed to develop a workflow that would automatically custom-fit knee braces to patient leg scans. The main challenge was to integrate existing components into a lightweight and seamless design. Shapeshift3D created the scan-to-CAD workflow for their custom knee orthosis, while Extol, Inc. provided expertise in AM design and handled the contract manufacturing.
